SessionDock Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using SessionDock you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and delete all related files.

2. License
SessionDock is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on macOS devices that you own or control.

3. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code unless allowed by applicable law.
- Do not distribute, resell, or sublicense SessionDock without written permission.
- Use the app lawfully and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.

4. Data handling
SessionDock stores your project information locally on your Mac. We do not upload your sessions, metadata, or preferences to our servers. If you enable the optional iCloud sync feature, the app writes the metadata needed to synchronize your devices into your personal iCloud Drive using Apple's File Provider framework. SessionDock does not access or operate the infrastructure that stores that data, and you can disable sync at any time from the app settings.

5. Updates
We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features. These terms apply to updates unless a different agreement accompanies the release.

6. Disclaimer
SessionDock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SessionDock and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
